- All participants should register and pay registration fee.
- Full attendee registration includes admission to all scientific sessions, lectures, the first abstract and one poster submitted, opening and closing ceremonies, welcome reception, coffee breaks.
- Registration fee of accompanying family member(s) covers charges of opening and closing ceremonies.
- Online Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received.
- For the presenters, please do not register until receiving the acceptance notice.
- International attendees can pay registration fee on-site at an early bird rate.
- Student attendees must have their Advisor sign the Advisor Approval Form in order to qualify for the student rate.
- All presenters are encouraged to submit the full paper before May 15, 2012. However, for those who are not able submit will still hold their presentation slots.

Refunds/Cancellation Registration fees will be refunded, if your written cancellation request is received by the ICEO&SI 2012 local organizer by May 1, 2012. There will be a USD $10 processing fee for any registration cancellation.
